Privacy Policy

Bottle Harmony is a puzzle game provided by Platon Games, intended for people aged 13 and above. Gameplay and saved progress work offline. This policy explains local storage and usage analytics, enabled by default in supported Android and iOS builds without a permission prompt or an in-app opt-out switch.

Information in the game

The game stores puzzle progress, undo history, earned hint credits and preferences such as sound, symbols and container style on your device. It also keeps local play statistics: puzzle visits and completions, foreground play time, moves, undo and reset actions, hints and other puzzle assistance. A random installation record links these local records within this installation; it does not identify you across reinstalls. The game does not require an account. Saved boards, undo history and the local installation record stay on the device. While usage analytics is enabled, separate game events are sent as described below.

No advertising or account

The game contains no advertising and requires no account. It does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, shared storage, or an advertising identifier. We do not set a user ID, fingerprint devices, or link participation across reinstalls. Usage analytics does not provide cloud saving or restore progress.

Usage analytics

Usage analytics is enabled by default on first use in supported phone and tablet builds. There is no startup permission prompt or in-app opt-out switch. If you do not agree with the data processing described in this policy, do not install or use the app; if it is already installed, stop using it and uninstall it. Uninstalling stops future collection by this app but does not retroactively delete reports already received by Google. When enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives new game events such as puzzle entry, attempts and completion, measured foreground time, operations, hints, memory answers, preferences and technical results. Events include puzzle, content, rules and app versions. The Google SDK also processes app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, language, sessions and IP-derived approximate geography. No board snapshots, email addresses, names, precise location or advertising identifiers are sent. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, IDFV and Android secure-identifier (SSAID) collection are disabled. We use reports to improve puzzle difficulty, understand progression and assistance, and improve reliability. Old local play history is not uploaded when analytics is first added. Web, TV and offline builds do not send these events. The app's SQLite delivery queue is limited to two days and 10,000 records. Once the Google SDK accepts an event, it manages its own local cache and network retries separately. Delivery is not guaranteed. Event-level report retention is configured separately in Google Analytics; aggregated reports may be retained longer. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245 for Google processing details.

Age range and teenagers

The app is intended for people aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not require an account, name, email address or date of birth to play, and does not verify a player’s age. Usage analytics, including the SDK identifiers and device information described above, is enabled by default in supported mobile builds. Teenagers and their parents or guardians should review this policy. For questions about a child’s data, contact support on the child’s behalf, avoiding unnecessary personal information.

Storage and deletion

Local game data stays in the app's private storage until you clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it. Google Analytics reports are separate from this local storage and are not deleted by uninstalling the app. Doing so deletes saved progress, local statistics and preferences. Detailed play events are periodically trimmed to approximately the most recent 30 days and 50,000 events; level summaries and completion records remain locally. The public Android build disables operating-system app backup. The game does not provide cloud saving or cross-device restoration.

Support correspondence

If you choose to email support, we receive the email address and information you send. We use it to respond to your request, do not use it for advertising, and do not sell it. Only send information necessary to explain the problem. You may ask us to delete support correspondence; we retain it only as needed to resolve the request or meet applicable obligations. Sending an email uses your separate email service and is not required to play.

Website and Google Play

Opening this policy on the website or using Google Play involves those services and their own data practices. Website hosting may process ordinary access logs such as IP address and browser information. These website or platform activities are separate from gameplay and the app analytics described above. This static policy page does not include analytics, advertising scripts or embedded third-party content. The hosting provider may use security-related cookies.

Changes and contact

If the game's data practices change, we will update this policy and its date. For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning support messages, contact Platon Games at the email below.
