Base lines are the rows or columns chosen to inspect every candidate of one digit. The blue rows are the starting point: each must eventually contain a 2; in the column version, start from the blue columns.
How to find it
Focus on 2 and find every 2 in each of the two or three blue lines.
Common mistake
Blue marks the starting lines, not a completed fish. Next check which crossing lines contain their candidates.
